1. Return Policy
At Quentin Files, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Since we operate only via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued in cash once the returned item is inspected and approved. We will coordinate a convenient way to return your funds.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, used items, or items without original packaging cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
